| Customer Reviews:
This toaster was designed for me. January 11, 2004 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Great looks, solid material and very practical to use. Maybe top of the range for price, but well worth it. Go on - treat yourself. You'll be glad you did. I was thrilled that Amazon.co.uk were able to supply my new toaster, but they will have to be careful with their service - if they keep setting such high stab=ndards, they'll need to keep meeting them. This time they didn't - but the toaster really is great. Thanks.
Terrific Toaster February 6, 2007 Green Queen (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This toaster looks and works a dream! It oozes style and looks fantastic in the kitchen. The workmanship and quality of this toaster are unbelievable -- others in comparison seem flimsy and plasticky. This is solid and robust without looking bulky. It toasts beautifully and I like the keep warm function which means the toast doesn't pop up round the kitchen while you're busy with something else. It is expensive, but is head and shoulders above the rest. Definitely, definitely worth splashing out on.
Never buy your wife a toaster for her Birthday July 3, 2004 Christopher (Telford, Shropshire United Kingdom) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I thought she would be thrilled! I think she likes the toaster - it works well - bread in, toast out. Looks smart. Had delivery problems, took a week longer than expected -arriving on the morning of the big day. We are still happily married. Will think twice about the matching blender that I was going to get her for Christmas. You live and learn. A pop-up warning would have been useful at point of purchase!
Lousy customer service January 29, 2008 Sean Callery Looks great, but broke down after about 18 months.Took it to local electrician who was refused parts by Kitchenaid. Email to their customer service team ignored and the phone number on their website doesn't work. Buy from someone else!
