This toaster has a unique carriage control (turn clockwise to lower, anti clockwise to raise). Cool touch outer is black plastic and the buttons are blue neon. With reheat, defrost and cancel buttons, removable bun warmer and push up and under cord storage. Very pleased with this toaster. It was the Which? Magazine best buy.
It has some nice features such as the 3 extra levels of lift for small pieces of bread - no more sticking your knife in to fish bread out! :o lol
The defrost function is useful too.

Pleasing to look at, OK build, easy to use. However, stripy toast, cooks one side more than the other. QED, fails as a toaster.
