I'm convinced this is the best toaster in existence. It's one of the best looking toasters around, and although it takes up a lot of space, frankly it deserves the space as it will probably be the best-functioning thing in your kitchen. It has two independent two-slice compartments, and it is possible to set each to different browning levels, as well as lights which count down as the bread gets toasted. We've had it for six months and it's still functioning very well, and on a setting 4 or 5 each compartment will toast two pieces of bread to absolute perfection. No more hanging over the toaster to pop it up before it burns. I actually started eating more toast when we got this.

The first toaster that arrived was faulty; two of the elements did not work. The replacement toaster however is very good and I cannot fault it.However one needs to practice a little with the controls to get the toast to suit. This is a very good item.

Best toaster I have ever owned, simple to use, nice wide slots and a nice even toasting, no burnt or white bits also very easy to keep clean as all the crumbs fall into crumb tray ,not like other toasters I have owned with crumbs sticking to the sides.

We have been using our new toaster for a month now and we like it very much. It replaces a 2 slice toaster that had to be watched and released manually or else it would burn our toasts. We have a "his and hers" side since we don't use the same bread and like different settings. This way it also ensure that both side are used more or less equally. All the slots are large and can take anything from thing slices to crumpets. We like the way the lights indicates the time remaining. It is a fairly large appliance but it look great in on our kitchen top and it is great when we have visitors. We definitely recommend it.

read the reviews on here bought the toaster glad i did you bet i have road tested just about all the toasters in the stores all with dissapointing results untill now it is so nice to have hot toast that feels as though you just got it from under the grill people are saying well the bread doesent brown at he top well heres a solution what do most people do when the toast comes out they cut it in half so i cut it in half before i put it in brilliant ok it takes a little longer if both of you want toast together but untill the manufacturer get together and make the toast slots a bit longer i think its the only way your going to get even browned toast i highly recomend this toaster dont think about it buy it
