I had heard great things about this toaster and was fed up with cheap toasters only toasting one side of the bread,so i decided to splash some cash on the supposedly market leader. i was so disappointed i opened the box to find no instructions or guarantee paperwork at all. it performed only a little better than my old cheap toaster,with one side dark brown and the other still white.looks good but doesn't do the job.save your money and buy a cheaper model...
