Thought it was time to buy a new toaster as the one i'd got was almost decades old and had seen better days. Bought this product approx 14 months ago, even new on the highest settings the bread takes ages to toast. For the last 2 weeks it has only been toasting one side of the bread. All I can say is that it looks good, certainly not one of my better buys and would not recommend even before toasting was reduced to one side of bread. Careful if you have kids as all the metal area becomes hot at the top too.
