I bought this toaster about 9 months ago and it is the best toaster I have ever used. Takes thick bread as well as thin and never get stuck in the toaster. When toast is done it clicks and the toast is lifted up from the toaster very slowly, such a pleasure to use. It also has a great warming rack on the top, activated by a lever on the left. I recommend this toaster 100 percent.

Looks good..........and that's about it as far as positives are concerned. This toaster toasts unevenly from side to side and top to bottom. It also gets worse as the toaster ages. This isn't just based on one experience; I also bought one as a gift for a relative, and they had the same problems.
I've got a kitchen of Bosch applicances, and the gist seems to be this - the larger they are, the more reliable they are. As for toasters and kettles...they're pretty badly built.
