I'm like a kid with a new toy. This breadmaker is brilliant. I wasn't sure what to do but the instructions are simple. You just place all the ingredients in the breadmaker it makes a dough, the dough rises then the bread bakes. It takes 3 hours to make a loaf from start to finish. The bread is lovely. The breadbin has to be turned anti-clockwise to remove it. This is not in the instructions. The paddle often gets stuck but it is easy to get out and i found putting a little oil on the paddle before you start seems to make a difference. Glad i bought this - my mum saw it in action and now wants one for Christmas. i bought this model after reading loads of reviews on loads of different breadmakers.

I am really pleased with this machine. It is easy to use, doesnt take up much room on the work top and the bread is wonderful. I think it was excellent value, and would recommend it without hesitation.

It is perfect for two people however, I sometimes wish I'd bought a bigger one when people come round...No complaints about it so far. Very simple and easy to use and the bread is delicious. I've made about 50 loaves so far and two actually came out with the paddle remaining in the breadmachine. The rest had to be fiddled about to get the paddle out. This is the only drag.

Just what I expected. Very simple to use, comes with a handbook, that answers to all questions you might have. I am very satisfied with this product, and would recommend it to anyone.

Morphy Richards 48280 Fastbake Breadmaker

Bought this product for my wife who had done some homework with 'Which' magazine. It turned out to be all that she had expected and wanted. A good product and and also one of value for money. She has found it to be far superior to the older and cheaper machine she had used previously. As an unlooked for bonus I, a fussy bread eater, like the loaves she now produces. Not quite the best thing since sliced bread but a very good buy!
