I have just had an induction hob installed and have had to throw away the old pans and replace with induction only pans! am I impressed with this range! you bet I am, this is class I have used it on the hob and in the oven-and it cleans up like new = both in the sink and dishwasher. I have since purchased the entire range and am about to buy 2 more at the amazing price of 10 they are also super to look at as well. This is the first time i have done a review so impressed I am with them.

As Bar Bee said in her review these pans are fantastic! I bought two just because they were more or less being given away by Amazon a 40 casserole for 10 let me have one no let me have two! I like the fact they have quality handles to grip (I have carpel tunnel) and I like the idea of having two handles instead of one - the lid is a wonderful fit and very clear to see things cooking and cleans up very well - This size is ideal for me I like to do my own chicken stock from free range chicken and this casserole is brilliant on the induction hob and indeed any other hob I have tried electric and gas too because I have used these pans at friends houses to cook. They wash very well indeed and if something happens to stick which is very rare (usually while caught cooking and the phone goes! you know how its goes) after 10 mins soak in washing up liquid and water the stuck food floats off. I like the sturdyness of this cassarole and it has a balanced quality about it. If you can afford to buy good pans these are the best and are a darn good investment for any cook who likes to really cook from scratch. Having had many pans over my lifetime from cheap and cheerful to these I should have invested in this type of pan many many many years ago and would have saved a fortune!!!!!!!!!!
Great shapeJune 6, 2008 Joe(UK) Something about the shape that makes stirring and pouring easier. The handles are big enough to get a good and comfortable grip. Definitely a good buy.
