This milkpan is simply perfect, and now it can go in the dishwasher, due to the phenolic handle!
However, equally easy-to-clean, by hand and looks like new after every wash, inside and out! Even after vanilla custard, my favourite recipe using this item - but it is also used, daily, to heat the milk for my favourite evening tipple - hot chocolate!
Suitable for all hobs and being cast iron, low to medium heat is recommended and proves to be very cost effective, especially in these days of rising power bills!
