Was given this as a present and thought "What's a Bain Marie?", but after having used it for several months i wouldn't be without it.
Basically, it's like putting a bowl over a Saucepan of boiling water to melt your chocolate etc, but this is so much less hassle because it's an all in one unit, so takes up less storage space in the cupboard. I'm a confirmed chocoholic so it's been brilliant for when i need melted chocolate for Flapjacks etc or just dipping marsh mallows in!!
