This pan (and others in the range that I have purchased) is really nice to use. It has a good weight (not too heavy) and appears to be very well made. As before, I needed to use the copper cleaner that accompanied the pan to clean off marks on the copper that were accumulated during manufacture, but these were easy to remove and the copper was then blemish free.
Food cooked well in the pan, nothing seems to stick and it is actually very easy to wash up. Whilst it is possible to place the item in the dishwasher, the instructions recommend hand washing.
