I have just purchased this set of pans for use on an Induction Hob. Heat is distributed evenly through the pan base and food does not stick to them. Very solid feel to all the pans in this set.I have used Circulon pans for years but unfortunately they will not work on an Induction Hob (pans have to be magnetic) I would recommend these pans to anyone.
