I bought this saucepan for my husband as he is an avid cook and wanted something that was durable and a good size but also easy to clean. My job in the cooking process is to do the washing up, and previous pans we have owned have proven difficult to clean after cooking things like pasta (even supposed non-stick ones). We don't have a dish-washer, so we really needed a decent pan that wouldn't require soaking and then a lot of scrubbing. This Aldo Zilli one is fantastic - a good size, looks great in your kitchen and most importantly, is incredibly easy to clean. We are now thinking of expanding our range of Aldo Zilli's saucepans! Highly recommended.
