Product Description
For outstanding durability and even heat distribution with no 'hot spots' the pan is made from heavy gauge, Hard Anodized aluminium (twice as strong as steel). It has slip-free, safety grip handles that stay cool on the stovetop; and for added strength the handles are riveted to the pan. Having had my previous saucepans (Prestige guaranteed 15 years but lasted 23years) I looked for the same company - now Meyer to replace them. By chance came across Circulon range and gingerly bought the excellent value 4 saucepan deal on Amazon. I cannot rate these saucepans highly enough for their non-stick quality, ease of washing up, good looks and the added advantage of being able to start casseroles off on stove top and finish in the oven. Roast meats and poultry have a wonderful flavour and beautifully moist when using covered casserole. Having Parkinson's Disease and the poverty of movement that I experience Circulon's lids and handles with excellent design and sure grip also the lightness of the saucepans make cooking so much easier for me. I recommend you try now!

The Circulon range is phenomenal! I bought my first few pieces of Circulon equipment whilst living in the USA and they are still in excellent condition. They are non-stick and hence, very easy to clean up after use. They also feel like a good, strong, sturdy piece of kit, yet not too heavy (like the Le Creuset products, which break your wrist when full of food!)
It seems that not many shops in the UK stock a massive range of Circulon - so buy it while you can. Buying the 4 or 5 piece sets is a great way of saving money. I can't rate these products highly enough. Once you've tried cooking with Circulon - you won't want to go back to any other brand.

If you're at the stage when you're adding good-quality items to your kitchen one at a time, you should definitely get this. I got it on the basis of the two fantastic reviews and I am really pleased with it. It's very versatile and I use it on the hob and in the oven. I also use it to fry items such as mushrooms and onions as the non-stick surface is wonderful. It also looks great on the table.
