i brought these because a friend from work has them. when i receved them i used them at home straight away and i was realy happy with them they come sharp and well packed. as a chef i use knifes all the time and these r realy nice to hold and u can hold them all day. i have not taken them to work but i am. this is from usein my friend set of knifes. i would sau u need to buy the big knife as well that makes the colection perfect. enjoy your cooking.
