This is a much heavier, more robust board than most plastic ones. My previous boards would just slide about all over the work surface in use, but this one stays put. It's made with an anti-bacterial plastic material so it's as hygienic as possible, plus its very easy to clean. It's excellent value for money given its size.
Given that plastic boards are the most hygienic and knife-friendly, and this is one of the best plastic boards I've used, it's highly recommended.

I have seen the same board in my local supermarket at £15! The board is very heavy (heavier than I expected) and doesnt bounce around like cheaper polythene boards. I am really impressed with the value for money! It is true, sometimes, Amazon really is much cheaper than the high street.

Strong, durable and easy to store, I am very pleased with these chopping boards so far. The only thing that stopped me giving them 5 stars is that, although supposedly dishwasher-proof, the first time I put one in the dishwasher it turned bright orange and has remained so ever since. Same with the second one. So, I would definitely recommend them as they are great to use but I would recommend washing them by hand if you want to keep them a pristine, white colour!
