Its a great looking product, it give you that. However when it comes to cutting cheese, it falls a little short. On my version the blade tends to twist as it goes through the cheese, this results in very uneven slices, much worse than when using a knife.
I love the design so much, I even tried converting it to using cheese wire instead, however I couldnt find a good way to keep tension on the wire.
So in conclusion, looks great, but dont cut cheese very well.
