We had a previous microwave identical to this one (but it was fitted with a grill we never used it.) but it blew up.! Do not use with the air vent blocked at the back.? It had a greasy spiders web that caused the machine to overheat. As we had good service from the old one we wanted an identical model but without the grill. Amazon had just what we wanted.!! £30 pounds cheaper than anyone else.We bought on *one click* and it arrived 3 days later. It arrived in the snow but the driver had no problems.This is the way to buy big items..delivered to the door..We will check the vent at 6 month periods so the problem does not occur again..

My trusty Panasonic microwave had served me well for many years before heaving a deep sigh and passing on to that great electronic graveyard in the sky !!
We searched the Amazon lists for a replacement and found the latest model of the one we loved.
It was ordered on 27th Aug. and delivered on 28th. Aug. Set up and running the same day it is proving just as good, if not better,
than our "old friend".
All in all, Amazon have come up trumps in having what we wanted and lost no time in getting it to us. The machine looks good and works well.

Delighted so far. Have yet to put it to a full test (e.g. grilling) but have every confidence that it will perform brilliantly throughout all functions. As always, the time between placing the order and receiving the item was extremely short.

Easy to use the features June 5, 2009

This was bought as a replacement for a Sanyo that failed after some 8 years. I was sceptical about the advanced features such as chaos defrost and sensor cooking that the Panasonic boasted because they did not work well on the Sanyo. But I was impressed by how easy it is to use all the more advanced features on this product. And they work - defrost was particulary effective. It is also suprisingly spacious.
