Customer Reviews: Very pleased with itJuly 20, 2010 Chris 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this dryer when my 'old' Hotpoint started leaking just after the 12 month guarantee ran out - typical!
I've had this Beko dryer for around 12 months now and it's in perfect working order. Been very pleased with it. Well designed and solidly constructed. The water tray is much more conveniently located than on my old dryer. The fluff filter is much better designed too. My old one had one of those flat square filters which slotted into the door, and had to be scraped free of fluff. The fluff also used to collect all around the inside of the door. No such issues with the Beko. It has a nice little pouch which unclips and is easily emptied. And the fluff seems to be nowhere but in the pouch - brilliant! The doorway is large enough to just bung an armful of washing straight in. The inside lights up when you open the door - nice touch. The only criticism I'd have, is the dial has options such as 'shirts', 'Jeans', 'Ready to Wear' etc. Maybe it explains in the manual what all this means interms of times and heat but who divides their washing in such a way... not me. I just put everything on 'shirts' and hope for the best. This seems to work for me. I'll be buying Beko in future. Never heard of them before.
