I have been looking for another one of these breadbins to replace the one we've had for several years as I like the design - it enables us to store a couple of things on top.
Unlike the other reviewer, I have not had any problems with it until a bit dropped off recently so it won't close.

This bin is sturdy and fits neatly into my kitchen in an area where I can place items on top of it. Easy to keep clean and a fairly large capacity (two loaves and a little more). Arrived quickly and was well packaged.

I'm not slamming this product, since I think it looks great and it's quite huge inside (easily holds a loaf, some rolls, and a few croissants). However, the metal it's made of is VERY thin, and is easy to flex and dent; and the door hinges are equally flimsy. I don't expect this bread bin to last for years, especially in houses with heavy-handed children. I expected a little more for my money, hence 4-stars.

My main concern with this item is that it rusts inside and this gets on the bread. So I'm now looking for an alternative make to replace it.
