We bought one of these George Grills to replace the aging green junior grill which started to lose all it's nonstick coating.First impressions were excellent. Not only is this unit far larger than expected they have done away with the melt-able plastic drip trays and provided 2 extra large metal trays. Cooking on these grills does not differ too much from unit to unit but the added temperature control, timer and floating (pannini style) top plate assembly means that you can cook all your food exactly how you want it and get a much more even cook. Definately worth the extra money over the standard grills.

This is a great big bundle of joy!! Much easier to clean than its counter parts, and with that extra grilling space you could cook 8 beef burgers with ease!! Excellent grill and extremely easy to use.

This grill goes the best bacon I have ever had.
I tried minted lamb steaks from the supermarket BBQ chilled cabinet range, it cooked them super fast and with no toughness at all and all the fat drained straight off.
I was suprised just how much fat was removed, which is definately a good thing! I even tried frying an egg on it (making sure the hotplate was level first!) and it managed that too.
The variable temperature control is very helpful as are the spatulas for pushing any remaining grease off into the collection tray.
Cleaning it is brilliantly fast - just a damp sponge and a small splodge of washing-up liquid when it is nearly cold - only takes 30 seconds.
Top gadget.

This is by far the best money I have ever spent! I use it virtually everyday at least once and after use with a small amount of washing up liquid and a kitchen sponge it is very easy and quick to clean (five minutes absolute maximum). If you are buying your first house this is essential - effectively as long as you have one of these and a microwave you can pretty much cook anything. I rarely use my oven now - it's that good. Chicken kebabs have got to be one of the easiest, quickest, and tastiest things to cook on the foreman and we have had many "indoor" bbq's using it. Stop reading the reviews and just buy one - it'll be the best thing you ever buy for your kitchen.

ive never used a grill before and was slightly sceptical about getting one. i am so pleased i bought this one, its excellent. i can cook everything on it, sausages, bacon, sweetcorn, bananas, you name it, you can cook it on one of these. hardly any mess and much less washing up than other ways of cooking. would recommend to everyone
